I do not understand the sizes?

Limited Editions: The sizes you see is the full size of the print including the passepartout which we always send with the order. I.e. if the headline and information says "70x100" this is the size for the entire thing, which means you can use a 70x100 frame. The print area (the photograpy) is 48x71.5, and including the signature space its is 50.6x81.1. 

Fine Art Print Posters: The size you see is the picture size. However, the paper size is slightly bigger so that you can frame the picture yourself easier. I.e. if the headline and information says 30x40, this means that the photography is 30x40. The picture comes with 1 cm paper surrounding (so the actual paper size is 32x42). This means that you can frame it with a passepartout yourself to fit it in a 50x70 frame or, cut off the extra cm for a full bleed in a 30x40 frame.

 

Are any of the prints signed and numbered?

We have limited edition prints that are signed and numbered editions. Limited editions often sell out quite fast. The best way to stay informed is by signing up for our newsletter. 

 

Do you provide framing? 

Framing can be provided for the limited edition prints. When purchasing the product, simply choose the frame of your choice. This includes the frame it self, passepartout, and montage.

When framing, the picture is mounted on an acid-free insulation with a passepartout and put in a frame with glass, all to avoid the picture coming into contact with materials that could destroy the picture.

If you want the very best durability and view of your fine art you choose non-reflective museum glass. With a non-reflective glass, the colors are clearer, the blackness is better and, above all, there are minimal reflections. If your fine art is to hang on the other side of a window this is recommended, since this glass filters out more UV light than ordinary glass (approx. 70% compared to approx. 40 %).

All materials used are certified according to ISO9706 to guarantee the best durability.

Price for frame, passepartout including assembly and framing: SEK 1,200-1,400 depending on the frame.

Price for upgrading to 100x70 cm non-reflective museum glass: SEK 1,200. 

 

Which frames are available? 

Adelaide
Available in Black, White and Dark Brown. Swedish-made wooden frame with wooden structure.

Sydney
Available in Black and White. Swedish-made wooden frame with flat profile and light wood texture. 

Melbourne 
Available in Black, White and Dark Brown. Swedish-made wooden frame with smooth finish.

Canberra

Available in Oak. Swedish-made wooden frame with genuine untreated oak veneer on finger-jointed pine.

 

ORDERS

Do I Need to Pay Import Fees and Taxes?

For customers outside of the EU, you may need to pay domestic import and tax fees. Each country has its own regulations, therefore we recommend checking your domestic rules and regulations for more information. Please note that we currently only sell within Sweden, but international sales will be available soon. 

 

What Is the Delivery Time?

The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Typically, the standard delivery time is 2-4 weeks.

Our larger sizes of fine art prints takes approximately 10-14 business days to print, mount, pack and ship. Smaller sizes approximately 5-7 days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number from us so you can keep an eye on things. Most orders take 3-5 days in transit.

 

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

At the moment we only offer shipping within Sweden. Shipping prices vary based on the size and your location. 

 

My print arrived damaged, what should I do?

On the rare occasion that any print arrives damaged, please let us know immediately. Kindly send some photos of the damaged piece and the box that it came in to henkeplmphoto@gmial.com and we will help you!  Please always be sure to include photos of the box or boxes that your art arrived in, even if there are no obvious signs of damage.

 

 My order is lost, what should I do?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please let us know by emailing henkeplmphoto@gmail.com or use the contact form below and we will track it down.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Do You Accept Returns or exchanges?

Each piece is custom made to order just for you so we are unable to accept returns. 

 

Can I exchange my piece for a different size?  

All sales are final, we are unable to accept a return or exchange as all pieces are custom made to order just for you.

 

Can I cancel or change my order? 

All cancellations and order changes must be made within 24 hours of the original purchase. We custom print each piece just for you so are unable to make adjustments once we begin the process. Sorry!
